- I will ensure you are getting the best home value for your dollar. As an appraiser I can negotiate more effectively when the time comes to make an offer. It is important to be knowledgeable about the local market when making an offer, in order to negotiate from an informed position of strength. We will look at tax records and do the research to determine exactly how much room the seller has to work with. I will also be able to identify outside influences that may affect the value of your potential home, either now or in the future.
I have completed Certified Home Inspection School:
- I will be able to walk through the potential home with you and spot potential problems before you get to deep into the process. Inspections cost around $300-$500, I will be able to spot potential deal breaking problems before the inspection phase, to save you time and money. I will be able to negotiate much more effectively when the time comes to ask for repairs or compensation.
I was a Top Producing Loan Officer:
- While I will not do your loan personally, I will help find you the best loan available. If you already have a loan I would be happy to review the terms with you and answer any questions. I am often able to save my clients money by pointing out unnecessary fees. It can be very important during the loan process to have an impartial opinion from someone knowledgeable with the process.
